Is it really free?

Yes, for your first 3 months if you're one of our first 100 businesses, and everyone else gets the first month free. You only pay Meta for the WhatsApp messages, directly. After that it's ₹799 a month. No card needed, and you can stop anytime.

Will my customers find it rude?

The messages are polite and come from your own business name and number. You approve the wording before anything is sent, and a customer who asks to stop is never messaged again.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business app or something else?

You need a WhatsApp Business number connected to Meta's business platform. We set that up with you on the call.

I use Tally. Will it work?

Yes. Export Tally's outstanding report as a CSV with each customer's mobile number, then upload it. BusyCounter understands Tally's dates and amounts. See how to export it.

Can the messages be in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes. Each customer gets reminders in their own language: English, Hindi or Marathi.
