The free period
Our first 100 businesses pay nothing for their first 3 months, and every other business pays nothing for its first month, so there is nothing to refund for that time. After it, BusyCounter is ₹799 a month and you can stop anytime.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep using BusyCounter until then. We do not refund part of a month.
Billing errors and double charges
If we charge you by mistake or charge you twice, tell us. We refund the wrong amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirming the error.
WhatsApp charges
Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages. Those charges are between you and Meta, so BusyCounter cannot refund them.
