Send payment reminders from Tally
BusyCounter doesn't change how you use Tally. Export the outstanding report, upload it, and every unpaid bill gets its reminders on WhatsApp.
Export your outstanding bills from TallyPrime
- Open Gateway of Tally, then Display More Reports.
- Choose Statements of Accounts, then Outstandings, then Receivables.
- Press Alt+E, choose Current, set the file format to Excel (Spreadsheet), and press E to export.
- Open the file in Excel, keep the column headings as the first row, add each party's mobile number if it isn't there, and save it as CSV.
- Upload the CSV in BusyCounter. We set this up with you on the first call.
What BusyCounter reads from the file
- Party name and mobile number
- Bill number and date
- Due date
- Amount still owed, including Tally's "Dr" and "Cr"
- Credit limit, if you keep one
